Due to my extremely busy schedule, the office phones are rarely answered "live". In most cases you'll be forwarded to secure voicemail.

Routine customer service calls are usually handled within 72 hours, unless I'm traveling.

In all cases, pre-paid consultation clients have first priority.

Individual one-on-one consultations are billed at $300/hr, in 15 minute increments.

A 30-Minute One-On-One Consultation is also included with the Wipe Out Mold System for no additional charge.
